Tammi is a realtor, investor and small business owner who has cultivated an expertise in finding suitable properties for duplexing and working with her clients and contractors to make it happen.

We learn a bit about Tammi’s history, about how she was hungry to get into real estate from a young age and how being a sponge for knowledge led to her very regal sobriquet.
