We’re swamped as always bit we were able to grab your host Jon for a few minutes to take you through and react to our latest completed duplex in Hamilton. This unit was purchased before prices in Hamilton really started going crazy and includes some unique features that you don’t see in your typical duplex reno.

Jon takes you through some of these unique building features like the bump-out we created to give the kitchen much more space and talk about the low cost high quality building materials used throughout these two units.
