The ESA is an interesting and quite powerful body here in Ontario, being one of if not the only private organizations with the authority of law over their field. So that being said Jon wanted to share a bit of useful information regarding this organization, what that scope of their power is, what your responsibilities are as a property owner are when it comes to electrical permits are and so on.
