Hey folks and welcome back once again to the REI Contractor. This week we take you on a quick tour of another new project, this time in the canal town of Welland, Ontario. On most of projects we’ve shown you thus far, it’s be a “tear down to the studs and start over” situation, but on this project we’re doing what Jon likes to call a “Retrofit”. What this means is that we will be legalizing and making the most out of existing structures and layouts, which saves the investor money while still getting a great unit.
