We’re back again at our E 12th project in Hamilton for another update and walkthrough. While not the most exciting phase it does mark a signification checkpoint in the process as after this everything else is part of the “Finishing” stage. Come along with Jon and see some of the additional functions of drywall as well as some of the funny and frustrating pitfalls of this stage of renovation.

In this stage we give you a couple things to watch out for that will save you trouble in the finishing stages in addition to giving you a much clearer idea of what the space will look like. It’s dull it’s messy, it’s important, it’s drywall.
